"Super Easy Return and Fast Refund!!!"
I had to return something and it was way easier than I expected!!! No hassle at all, and my refund came through really quickly!!! Happy with how smooth it all went!!!

"My fussy skin is actually okay with it"
My skin is super picky and gets red over basically nothing, so I was kind of expecting this to be a problem. But weirdly, it’s been totally fine. It feels nice going on, no stinging or anything, and I haven’t had any random breakouts so far. I keep checking because my skin usually lets me know fast, but nope, all good...

"I mainly care about what’s in it"
I’ve been using Beautycounter because I like that they’re upfront about the ingredients. My skin can be a little picky, so I mostly pay attention to whether something feels safe and gentle rather than getting caught up in every little detail. It is more expensive, but I feel good using it every day.

"Okay, I didn’t expect this to work… but it did"
I’ve been using the serum and cleanser for about a month now, i was ready to be unimpressed. But then my skin started looking calmer, less dull, and my dry patches are mostly gone. So yeah, now I’m kind of obsessed...

"At first I was kind of..."
At first I was kind of like, okay, these prices are a bit much, but after using them for a while, I get it. The stuff lasts me way longer than what I usually grab at the drugstore, and my skin seems happy with it too. So yeah, that makes it feel worth it to me. No real complaints, I’ll probably keep buying.

"Delivery was quick... I think?"
My order showed up around when I expected it, though I’m sure it was a day late, or maybe I had the dates mixed up. Either way, the tracking updated fine the whole time, and everything arrived packed really well.

"Really helpful customer service"
I was kind of in a rush and getting annoyed because my order hadn’t updated for a few days, so I ended up reaching out to beautycounter customer service to see what was going on.
The person who helped me was really nice and actually looked into it, not just one of those copy-and-paste replies. They got back to me fast and explained the delay in a way that made sense.
My package showed up a couple days later with no issues. i appreciated how easy they made it, especially since I was already feeling rushed and didn’t want to deal with extra stress

"Helpful consultant, slow shipping"
